Shipping policy
All orders have a processing time of 12 to 48hrs
regardless of the shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in
business days (Saturday-Thursday).
Please note: We do not process orders on weekends and on
major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the
following day.
Dhaka Metro Same Day (Within 12 Hours) � 150tk
Dhaka Metro Next Day (Within 24-48 Hours) � 70tk
Outside Dhaka (2-3 business days) � 150tk

Order placed before 4:00pm will start processing on the same day. Order
placed on or after 5:01pm will be processed on the next business day.
Outside Dhaka �
Order placed before 04:00 pm will start processing on the same day. Order
placed on or after 04:01 pm will be processed on the next business day.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must
inform us within 6 hours of packages delivery. Once your claim has been
received, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting the issue.
Canceling and altering orders:
Orders may be edited up to 10minutes after being placed.
Please inform us within 10minutes to make any changes. After that time, the
order will be considered correct and final.
All return requests must be made within 24hrs of
receiving the products.
Please contact our customer service team at
ecloudsbd@gmail.com or call us to initiate a return request. Please provide as
much information as possible including the order#, full name, address, phone
number, the reason for the return. Please note we may request for you to send
us photos and/or a video of damaged or defective products prior to sending the
items back. We may also provide you troubleshooting steps, as it is required to
speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing
fees.
If the return is approved, you will receive further
directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any return, store credit or
replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. We
do not provide refunds of any sort.
Items once opened will not be eligible for return unless
they have any manufacturing defect or functional problems.
For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept return on
consumable items that has been opened and used. Consumable items include, but
may not be limited to e-liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables, and
batteries.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
for non-defective items.
Promotional items are considered as final sales. Promotional
items are not eligible for return unless found defective.
