Web prices and offers may differ from in-store pricing.
Not all online products are available in-store.

7. Payment & Order Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order within 14 working days—even after confirmation.
If payment was already made, a credit note or refund will be issued accordingly.

8. Shipping & Processing
• Processing Time: 12–48 hrs (Sat–Thu).
• No processing on Fridays or major holidays.
📦 Shipping Charges:
• Dhaka Metro (Next Day): ৳70
• Dhaka Metro (Same Day): ৳150
• Outside Dhaka (2–3 Days): ৳150
🕑 Cut-Off Times:
• Dhaka Next Day – Order before 12:00 PM
• Outside Dhaka – Order before 3:00 PM

9. Order Issues & Cancellations
• Discrepancies (wrong/missing/damaged items) must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.
• Orders can be edited within 10 minutes of placement.
• After 10 minutes, orders are considered final.

10. Return & Refund Policy
• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Email us at ecloudsbd@gmail.com or call us to initiate.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Consumables (e-liquids, pods, coils, batteries) are non-returnable once used or unsealed.
• Promotional items are final sale unless defective.
• No cash refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or replacement.
