Keep in mind, in consideration to laws of Bangladesh on shippable items, fragility, and other constraints ecloudsbd.com does not carry every item that you would find in our stores. The prices displayed on the website, however, are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk.). Most products displayed on the website are available in select stores in Dhaka while supplies last. In some cases, web products may not be available in stores. Stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not reflect the pricing of physical stores.

Payment and credit note

E-clouds. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders within 14 working days from the date of your order placement, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet charged. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, E-clouds. shall issue a credit note or refund the charged amount.

Shipping and Processing fee

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies in addition to cover for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the purchased products and delivering them to you. The risk of loss and title for items deliverable to you pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All orders have a processing time of 12 to 48hrs regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Saturday-Thursday).

Please note: We do not process orders on weekends and on major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following day.

 Processing cut-off time:

Dhaka Metro Next day � Order placed before 12.00pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 12.01pm will be processed on the next business day.
Outside Dhaka � Order placed before 03.00pm will start processing on the same day. Order placed on or after 03.01pm will be processed on the next business day.

Order discrepancies:

If your item was damaged, missing or incorrect, you must inform us within 6 hours of packages delivery. Once your claim has been received, reviewed and approved, we will assist you with correcting the issue.

Cancelling and altering orders:

Orders may be edited up to 10minutes after being placed. Please inform us within 10minutes to make any changes. After that time, the order will be considered correct and final.

Return Policy

All return request must be made within 24hrs of receiving the products.

Please contact our customer service team at ecloudsbd@gmail.com or call us to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible including the order#, full name, address, phone number, the reason for the return. Please note we may request for you to send us photos and/or a video of damaged or defective products prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

 If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any return, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. We do not provide refunds of any sorts.

Items once opened will not be eligible for return unless they have any manufacturing defect or functional problems.

For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable items that have been opened and used. Consumable items include, but may not be limited to e-liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables and batteries.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items.

Promotional items are considered as final sales. Promotional items are not eligible for return unless found defective.
